Shipping Policy — DA-CHI

1. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time varies by city but typically takes:

• 2–4 days for major cities

• 3–7 days for remote areas

During sales or high-volume periods, shipping may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Charges depend on:

• Customer location

• Order weight

• Courier rates

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to DA-CHI’s mistake (defective or wrong product delivered).

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on courier service).

4. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery

DA-CHI is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect address

• Customer unavailability

• Courier not being able to contact the customer

If the parcel is returned to us due to these reasons, the customer must pay reshipping charges.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos or your tracking number.
We will coordinate with the courier and assist you with a resolution.
