DA-CHI Refund & Return Policy

At DA-CHI, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality skincare products. Because our products are used on the body and must maintain strict hygiene standards, our return and refund procedures are carefully designed to protect both our customers and product integrity.

This policy explains when returns are accepted, what qualifies for refunds or exchanges, and how the verification process works.


1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the day your order was delivered.
Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.


2. When Returns Are Allowed

DA-CHI accepts returns only under the following conditions:

A. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered

If your moisturizer arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Leaking

  • Contaminated

  • With a broken pump

  • Or if the wrong item was delivered

You must report it within 7 days along with clear photos/videos.
In these cases, DA-CHI covers the return shipping and provides a replacement or full refund.


B. Opened Product – Scent Not Liked (Strict Hygiene Rules Apply)

If you open the pump and do not like the scent, you may request:

  • Exchange for a different fragrance
    OR

  • Refund of the product price only

Only if ALL conditions are met:

  1. You have used no more than 10–15 grams, which is approximately 4 full pumps.

  2. The bottle, pump, and label are intact.

  3. The product is not contaminated, mixed, or tampered with.

  4. You provide required WhatsApp verification photos/videos (details in Section 8).

If the usage is more than the allowed amount or the product shows signs of contamination, DA-CHI has the right to deny the return for hygiene and safety reasons.


C. Change of Mind

Returns because of “change of mind” are accepted only if:

  • The product is sealed, unused, and in original condition.

  • The request is made within 7 days.

Used products cannot be returned simply for change of mind unless they fall under the scent-exchange condition described above.


3. Hygiene & Safety Conditions

Because DA-CHI sells body moisturizers that are sealed for safety, any opened product must meet strict hygiene checks.

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product shows excessive use

  • The bottle appears refilled or tampered

  • The product seems contaminated with foreign particles

  • The pump or seal is damaged beyond normal first opening

This protects the safety of all customers.


4. Refund Amounts

Product Price Refund Only

Unless the return is due to DA-CHI’s mistake (defective/wrong item), refunds cover only the price of the product itself.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be returned.
For returns requested by the customer (not our fault):

  • Customer pays the return shipping

  • Customer also pays for pickup charges (if applicable)

This is standard for skincare and hygiene products.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within the 7-day window if:

  • The product is sealed OR

  • The opened product meets the scent-return condition (max ~4 pumps used)

Customer pays return shipping for exchanges unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products used beyond the allowed quantity

  • Contaminated or tampered items

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Clearance or final-sale products (if mentioned at checkout)


7. Processing of Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approval or denial is given within 2–5 working days

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method


8. How to Submit a Return Request (WhatsApp Process)

All return requests must be made through WhatsApp for fast verification.

Required Proof for Opened Products

Customer must send the following photos/videos:

  1. Front view of the bottle standing upright

  2. Side view, showing product fill level clearly

  3. Close-up of pump head to check usage and residue

  4. Optional but recommended:
    A 5–8 second 360° video rotating the bottle slowly

DA-CHI will compare these photos with the product’s standard full bottle level to confirm whether usage is within the allowed limit (~4 pumps).

If usage appears more than allowed, DA-CHI may deny the return or offer partial credit at its discretion.
